When the holidays roll around I think about when I was a kid and we used to go to grandma’s for Thanksgiving or Christmas. One thing she always had was nuts. I don’t know if it’s an old person thing or what, but there were always bowls of nuts lying around her house ready to be eaten.

There were cashews, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, chestnuts roasting on an open fire (ok, maybe not), and all sorts of nuts that I had no idea what they were. It’s been a long time - but I thought I would look around and see what I could find in the way of nuts. Read more… »
