A.B.C. - About Blog Contests

I love blog contests. They’re usually fun and simple and you get the chance at winning. Also, they’re great ways to promote your blog and build a little buzz around as well as back links.

There are quite a few blogs that specialize in posting blog contests. Obviously some of them are better than others. I recently came across a new one - A.B.C. - About Blog Contests.

A.B.C. is about 3 months old, but seems to be getting some decent traffic on the site which is good if you are hosting a blog contest on your blog and need to promote it.

One of the nice things about A.B.C. is that the contests are clearly organized in the category section. Open contests and Closed contests are clearly marked - I hate reading about a contest only to find out it ended two days ago. By having them clearly marked on A.B.C. you won’t run into that problem.

As you can see the contests are also categorized by prizes, so if you’re only interested in cash, you can easily find the cash contests.

One thing that I couldn’t find was instructions on how to have a contest listed on A.B.C. There is a contact form, so I’m guessing shooting a message to A.B.C. is your best bet.

So, if you’re running a contest on your blog, make sure to contact A.B.C. so that they can post about your contest. Or, if you just want to look at some contests and maybe enter a few - check out their Open Contests page.
